"Easy Refund, But Instructions Could Be Clearer"
I had to return a jersey because it didn’t fit, and I was a little unsure at first since I expected the return instructions to be clearer. But once I figured it out and sent it back, everything went smoothly. The refund showed up about 4 days after they received it, which was faster than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone down or follow up, so overall it was easy and I’d order from them again.

"Umm, the jersey name was crooked"
I ordered a custom jersey, and umm, the lettering came out a little crooked. It also took quite a while to arrive, so overall I’m not really happy with the experience.
"Nice rewards, but the wait can be frustrating"
I order from NFL Shop regularly, and I do appreciate the loyalty rewards when they come through. The discounts definitely help, especially if you shop there often like I do. The only thing is, the rewards can take a while to show up, and tracking points isn’t as clear or easy as I’d like. It’s not a bad program, but it’s not something I get super excited about either. i just wish it felt a little smoother, because when you’re a loyal customer, you kind of want to feel like it matters

My package ended up arriving late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, which was really frustrating. I don’t like feeling like I’m risking my money or time not knowing where my order is, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I’m happy with this. The quality feels good, and the stitching has held up even after a few washes, which is always the real test, right?? No loose threads or weird shrinking so far.

"Cancel request went okay, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered the wrong size jersey and realized it about 20 minutes later, so I sent in a cancellation request right away. I wasn’t sure anyone would catch it in time, and for a while it kind of felt like I was just waiting around with no clue what was happening.
Customer service did get back to me the same day, and the cancelation went through, so that part was fine. The refund took a few days, which was a little annoying, but it did eventually show up. Overall it worked out, just wish the communication had been a little better so I didn’t feel so ignored.

"Nice jersey, but the customs fee felt unnecessary"
My order arrived without any issues and the jersey looks really good. The only downside was having to pay an extra customs fee once it got to my country, which felt a bit unnecessary. I just wish that had been made clearer before checkout.

"Backorder situation was frustrating"
I ordered a jersey that was listed as in stock, but right after I paid, I was told it was actually backordered. The updates were super slow, and every time they gave me a shipping estimate, it was basically some vague promise that ended up changing again. I did eventually get the jersey, but the whole process was annoying and felt way messier than it needed to be.

"So many team gear options"
so... I went on NFLShop just looking for one shirt, and somehow ended up scrolling way longer than I meant to. They had way more stuff than I expected, jerseys, hoodies, hats, and even random team items I didn’t know existed. The sizing was easy to find too, which made things simpler. Overall, really solid selection.

I’ve ordered from NFLShop a handful of times now, and the main reason I keep going back is because they actually have the gear I’m looking for. Wild concept, right?
Even when I’m trying to find the less common stuff for my team, they usually have the sizes in stock so I don’t have to bounce around a bunch of other sites like some desperate idiot.
Checkout has been easy too, which is nice, but the inventory is the big thing for me. It’s just nice to find the jersey or hat I want without everything being sold out like on those other useless sites

"Box showed up in rough shape"
I ordered a hoodie from nflshop.com, and thankfully the hoodie itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was crushed on one side and looked like it was barely taped shut. They make it seem like your order will be handled with care, especially when you’re paying that much for shipping, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Nothing was missing, so I guess I got lucky, but it’s frustrating when a company promises a solid delivery experience and then your package shows up looking like it got tossed around.

The return process was quicker than I expected, and I got my new jersey without any hassle. it felt like a small win because I was able to swap it out and still have it in time to wear

"Checkout Felt Clunky"
The site felt a bit slow, and checkout kept making me double-check my address for some reason. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until later, which was annoying. I still placed the order, but my gut feeling was that the whole process felt clunkier than it should for such a big store.
